Receive the signal
In order to receive radiosonde data, I use a DIY receiver based on the TTGO LoRa ESP32 board with a radio module for the 430MHz band.
On this board I installed the MySondy firmware.
This is an independent system that enables us to receive and decode sonde data, and then shows them on a map on a mobile phone, so that you can just follow the sonde to the ground.
You can buy such receiver on eBay or do it yourself following the instruction provided on the site mentioned above.

There are also other receivers as well, that have more features (for example, they allows the data to be uploaded to SondeHub or Radiosondy) and are more sensitive to the radio signal, but require knowledge to be installed and configured properly.
